Partnership Manager

As a Brand Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand’s network of partner brands and driving collaboration opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with brands interested in listing their products on our website. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate partnerships, and provide excellent customer service will be essential in driving growth and success. The main objective will be to drive brand awareness and sales growth through strategic partnerships with local brands, ultimately increasing revenue and market presence for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research local brands that align with our company’s values and target audience.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with prospective partners to discuss collaboration opportunities and benefits via phone calls, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Present our company’s platform and benefits to potential partners, emphasizing the value of increased brand awareness and sales.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partner brands, providing guidance and support throughout the integration process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner brands, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and gathering feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of partner products on our website.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with partner brands to foster loyalty and drive mutual success.
  • Maintain a database of prospective and current brand partners, including contact information, communication history, and agreement details.
  • Continuously seek out new partnership opportunities and innovative ways to expand our network of brand partners.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and collaborate on strategies for enhancing brand partnerships.
  • Monitor and track the performance of partnered brands, including sales generated.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports detailing outreach efforts, new partnerships secured, and any challenges encountered.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized promotional strategies for each partner, ensuring maximum exposure and sales generation.

Compensation:

Earn a 5% commission on every sale generated by brands listed with us in addition to commission from sales as an earner.
