Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will play a key role in building and nurturing our community of earners, fostering engagement, and facilitating communication between members and the company.

You will be responsible for building relationships, driving engagement, and enhancing the overall experience for our members. Your creativity, passion, and strategic mindset will be essential in fostering a thriving and supportive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with earners in the community to foster connections, answer questions, and facilitate discussions.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive participation and interaction
  • Develop and maintain community guidelines that outline expectations, rules, and best practices for participation in the community.
  • Monitor and moderate community discussions, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Create compelling content to spark conversations and highlight community achievements.
  • Welcome new members and attend to queries and questions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management.
  • Serve as a liaison between the earners and the company, conveying important updates, announcements, and information.
  • Manage the incentives and rewards program, including tracking progress, distributing rewards, and recognizing top performers.
  • Provide support and respond to questions.
  • Assist in facilitating the training of new Earners.
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to community engagement, participation rates, and overall program success. Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay informed about company progress, product updates, and other relevant developments. Share relevant information with the community and ensure earners are kept up to date with the latest company news.

As a community manager, you will also be entitled to an additional 5% commission in addition to your normal commission as an Earner.
